Serving Clients Throughout Illinois and Southern Wisconsin For Over 70 Years

Malcolm C. McPherson joined Philip L. Keister in the practice of law in Freeport in 1972. Philip started practicing in Freeport in 1940, left to serve in World War II, and returned in 1945 to continue his practice.

The firm was located in downtown Freeport where it continued after Philip’s death in 1978, and until 1997, when a new building was constructed at its present location.
